Default help please

i own a 2000 civic hatchback and i just finished puttin a ls vtec into my car and for some reason nuttin on my cluster work only fuel and temp gauge i was told by a frieand that i may have a si in dash harness and a enigne harness from a dx civic how can i tell that i have a si harness or a dx harness

theres a difference from the 96-98 civic harness and the 99-2000 harnesses. The 99-00 harness has two plugs to the ecu from the wiring harness itself, and another one from the hoods fuse box. the si harness of course has the vtec wiring and two plugs into the ecu
