i have recently begun the task of trying to sell my car or just pay it off as quickly as possible. my goal for my next car is a sleeper integra. my problem is this.

i would like to buy just the shell of a gsr integra that is in decent condition and buy a jdm type r motor. my problem is this: i have no idea what i would need to do with wiring. can a gsr wiring harness be used or should i just get a type r one? and are there any problems that i have over looked in my plan?

SEARCH. Damn dude. You wouldnt need to change anything. Wiring is the same. In fact, you would use a few less wires because you wouldnt have an EVAP system anymore.

Well logically, since the GSR and the ITR are the same car, both DOHC VTEC 1.8l engines, there obviously isnt much difference.

yes well the LS is a 1.8 as well, yet its different than the other two.
