hi all i have no idea what this part is called or what the part number is.
- The motor is a JDM ITR 96 Spec B18C

as u can see mine is pretty damaged not sure how it happened, it was purchused like this.

That's a cam cap and you can't buy it from the dealer. They only sell it with the head assembly.
