i am havin some issues with my b16 ef. First of all i just replaced the fuel pump, fuel filter, spark plugs, cap and rotor. Now what my car is doing is when i am at a dead stop and then I start to go, it lags like crazy. feels like there is alot of back up pressure and it wants to release but when i put it in neutral and step on gas it still lags and makes a putt putt sound. man if someone can help or give me ideas i would appreciate it.
