help! my ecu wont come on
i have an 89 civic hatch with a d16y8 motor and all running obd1. i have a harness built by rywire so i know that its good. the ecu will not come on, no check light when the key is on, no spark, no fuel(by "no fuel", i mean no injector pulse). the main relay is also working properly, it turnes on the fuel pump and it runs for 2 seconds as well as the injectors have power for 2 seconds(the obd0 main relay works differntly than the obd1+ where the injectors always have power, they only have power when the ecu sees rotating.. engine starting.. running.. ect.) i have tried a p28 ecu and a p06 ecu and both of them should be good ecu's so i know thats not the problem. i have checked the following pins for power at the ECU and all the proper grounds as follows:
