Help: Motor Turns Off When Hot

Hi everyone im posting this for a friend of mine his car is boosted and it turns off when it gets hot. it doesnt happen all the time but it happens pretty much. it happens mostly during the day time does anyone know how we can fix this? im not sure of his exact set up but i know it is
