Help me varify OBD1 ECU codes

Help me varify OBD1 ECU codes
I just jumped my P61 ECU. These are the codes I got:
CODE
1 long = code 1: O2
2 long, 1 short = code 21: Vtec solenoid valve (I have it disconnected from the ECU for troubleshooting)
4 long, 1 short = code 41: Primary O2
7 short = code 7 Throttle position
Are these correct?
The O2 codes are most likely because I wired the O2 improperly for the OBD1 conversion. How can I correct the code 7?
