whats up all..ok heres the deal...i have a 1995 integra GSR..ok i took the IACV out due to getting a new one...the one i got was the wrong one..so i kept it out for like a week or 2..i went to go start the car w/ the old IACV and the car wount start..oh and BTW the temp here by me is pritty damn cold..is that a factor why the car wount start at all??? i have plenty of gas...the battery seems to be ok..because the dash lights go on..but i have no clue y the car wont start????and help..facts..or good advice would help...PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!

P.S. if no ones solutions work the car is most likely gonna be sold!!!! i am sick of these constant problems...
