Default Help me out with a distributor question.

I replaced the distributor cap and rotor on my moms 96 accord lx. Now that everything is back on, Im not sure which spark plug wire goes to which position on the distributor. I cant find where the fifth plug goes either. Can anyone help me out?

There are only 4 spark plugs. Could the fifth be a coil wire? If you are totally lost on the plug wires, pull #1 plug of far right of engine. Crank motor until you get compression coming out of plug hole. You are close to #1 TDC. Check timing mark on balancer to get it perfect. Pull the distrib cap and see where rotor is pointing. That is where #1 wire should be plug into. Move in a counter clockwise direction and put #3, #4 and #2.
