help me identify sensor

ok so i have an ls throttle body, what is the sensor on the bottom? i need it for a b16 but it goes on the intake manifold\

that is the fast idle valve. the one on the manifold is called the idle air control valve. different sensor.

how come b16 throttle body doesnt have this?
