hello - i got cams the other day from this guy in BC canada, he told me they were spoon, but i don't think so and i am wondering if I got ripped off, on the opposite ends from where the cam gears attach is engraved "M.1381". I called A&J and they said that the spoon cams the have do not have any engravings on the sides. The cams are shinny steel color, not like the rusty color of my stock cams (GSR)

what can I use to measure the lift of the cams, and how can I do it - aghhhh, this is frustrating
, I have also tried emailing crane, JG, crower, Skunk2 dealers/websites - but have had no luck, finding cams w/the same or similar markings, does JUN have their own website? other names of aftermarket cam manufacturers would help as well
EDIT - i really don't wanna ask (may be stupid) but how can i tell regrind cams from ones that are not regrinds - is it noticeable

you'll need a caliper or micrometer to measure the lobe. Then you can compare
those against stock cams and that should give you a general idea of the lift.
As far as regrinds, every set I have seen have been OBVIOUS. The base circle
was severly reduced.
