Default help me decide on eprom burner

I can't decide, so I have a few questions. BTW, I am considering:
pocket programmer Price 150
Cheaper, used by hondata
Batronix USB Chip Programmer Price 250 Looks like they just raised it.
Burns faster, grabs power from usb port.
Does this one work with the Romulator?

Is the usb one worth the extra cash? I want an enclosed one that don't have to mess with. ::sigh: I was going to get the batronix, but it looks like they added $50 to it over night so I am on the fence again.

I kinda wanted something that works out of the box and is enclosed, not that I mind the soldering but I have so much other stuff to do. I don't know, maybe my cheapness will prevail.

edit: I think I want the Pocket programer, do you need the uv chip eraser or can you just burn over an old program.
