i'll try my best on what info you spat out here...

-----

No, your 96 JDM ITR engine is OBD2a spec, not OBD1.
All JDM 96-01 Integra Type-R's = OBD2a spec.
Honda of Japan never converterted to OBD2b spec for the Integra Type-R vehicles. They only did for the Civic-R.
------

OBD1 = 92-95 Honda/Acura engines/vehicles/electronics. You don't have any of this as far as your information goes. So forget about anything OBD1 for now.
------

Since your car is US made and is '99 -- its OBD2b spec.
99-00 US civics & 99-01 US integra's = OBD2b

So, in order for you to run your JDM P73 OBD2a ecu, you need a OBD2b->OBD2a ecu jumper harness. I sell this harness if you're interested. Hit me up.
-----

94+ integra axles WILL work with your setup. Sorry, I don't have any of these for sale.
------

Hope the OBD2 info makes sense to you.
