help its the small peice below the throttle boday on the intake manifold.

You mean the fast idle thermo valve

Just bypass it.. that's what i did. This might help http://www.lyonel.8m.com/tb_bypass.htm

The idle will cycle oddly until the motor is fully warmed up... just a small sacrifice you have to deal with. Good luck!

 

If you want to have the valve back get a 2nd gen b16 TB or a gsr.

 

so all i do is block the iacv and tb hoses I dont get it this sucks.

 

You are going to keep the iacv your just not going to have the fast idle valve. Just run the coolant line from the iacv to the block.
