HELP! Idling Problem with new VAFC 2 Install

I just installed a VAFC II in to my 2000 civic si. All the wiring is done correctly i checked it 10 times. It reads the RPMs, Throttle, Pressure, and Vtec Hits. However my car is idling like ****...it sounds like a subie when its running and idling. Also i dont feel the same performance as before. Help please!

does it only idle when the throttle is closed or does it shake back and forth when you hit the throttle
