Default Help with fuel system problem

I have a built 95 B18B and am trying to track down a fuel system problem. Low idle, dies upon coming to a stop. Sometimes at initial start up, it misses. Car was showing CEL codes 41 & 43. I have had trouble with the 02 sensor in the past and just put in a new sensor from Acura.

Car runs a little better but still wants to die when coming to a stop. Not throwing codes any more. Pulled the plugs and cylinders 1&4 are running lean, 2&3 are normal to slightly rich. Fuel pressure while running is good, around 43 PSI.

Not sure where to look next: fuel injectors/fuel rail?

Cap, rotor, ignitor, coil, spark plugs and wires are all lest than 6 months old. Also has new FITV, IAC valve, TPS is good.
