Well my brother has a d15 block on a d16 head which he sent out to bullfrog, all the main mods i/h/e now his motor bogs when it hits 2,000 to 4,000 rpm's really bad i just changed the fuel filter, he has a fpr and the guage is reading 40psi and when at wot 45psi, now could it be the fuel pump not putting out enough fuel during those rpm's, or the fpr, maybe its shot, it is like 3-4 years old, also he is running a p06 no vtec ecu wit upgraded fuel maps, this setup ran find couple weeks ago..thanks for your help..
