Default HELP fuel hydrolocked h22a

i got a stock h22a wont start engine hydrolocked itself with fuel after checking timing replacing spark plugs and wires cap rotor and draining the oil it still doing the samething has anyone ran into this problem if so please help thanks

When you pulled the plugs and turned it over did the fuel spray out then hydrolock again?

yea cylinder 1 and 2 where the ones being filled with gas

How the hell can you fuel hydrolock your motor with fuel ? The ecu has to ground the injector in order to open it. Did you add your own ground or something ? I just can't understand how this would be possible.

yeah somethings shorting out wires crossing or the ecu is malfunctioning would be my guess

na didnt add nuttin drove all day and later that night went to get something to eat never started again its crazy cylinder 3 and 4 dont fill with gas

id take the fuel rail and injectors off take the plugs out and turn the engine over and check the flow from your injectors

anyone know any test i can do that checks home much fuel is coming from each injector

You have to send them in to be flow tested.

What you need to do is test for a short in the injector wires to chassis ground. If there isn't a short to ground, it will be a stuck open coil or it could be the injector drivers in your ECU are shot.

What he said, it's one of the following

Bad ECU
2 bad injectors
Short to ground in the harness. (Unplug ECU when testing, if shorted with it plugged In and not shorted unplugged its he ECU)

Run them on a professional flow bench. Can be flowed dynamically to see if they flow within spec and will also tell you how many cc's they are putting out

The pintle can stick or the ECU can be faulty and is constantly grounding them.

Fuel hydro-lock is incredibly rare, but not impossible. Ford Expeditions are known for this problem, and can ruin the motor.

When did this occur?

Remove the injectors and vacuum test the fuel inlet. If it refuses to hold vacuum, service or replace it.

Check the drivers for injectors 1 and 2 if the injectors are not stuck open and hold vacuum.

To flow enough fuel for this type of problem the cause will be very evident.
