HELP with a few questions

hi there. I found these on ebay and i was wondering are they genuine type r camshaft or are they similar.

Please let me know. Also i have a question on Pulleys. I bought some AEM tru pulley for my 2000 si coupe (B16a2). I was wondering if it makes a different with stock and AEM pulleys. Let me know asap please thanks!!!!

those are 97-98 usdm itr cams
