help engine idle wont go past 5k<<<<<<,

when my car is driven it feels a lil slugish and the rev will bounce off 5k and whenin neutrul it will idle at around 500 no cel any ideas thanks..\maybe tps?

also battery light stays on when the car is off

Need more info on your setup. Make sure you have no rev limiters in place.
