Default Weird idle help

ok here goes....couple months ago i purchased a b20b installed it no problem along with a obd1 ls ecu with the jumper harness...back then when i first started the car, the idle would bounce at 1000 to 1500 then after it warmed it would idle fine but now recently i guess cause of the cooler weather, right when i start the car the rpms would jump to 3000rpm for about a minute or 2 and bounce at 1500rpm when warm.... i tried looking for a vacuum leak with no luck....i need some suggestion where to start looking, its driving me crazy...because of school now i dont have all that much time....thanks for the help
