Default !!!HELP...ENGINE BOGGING @ 3500RPM

I have stock 91 crx...replaced piston rings and put engine back together...was running perfect before taking apart...engine idles perfect and now when i rev the engine it wont rev past 3500 rpms... it will bog out and bounce off the 3500 rpm mark and wont rev any higher...can someone out there help me figure this thing out...
what I have done:

-ive checked and rechecked the timing
-replaced the dizzy, cap and rotor
-ecu not throwing any codes at all (ecu is stock, same as engine)

need some help im stumped...

Its your Kuneutson valve. Engines with camshafts have them. The number one sign of Kuhneutson failure is reduced bore on your engine block. Just a thought...

so if that is the problem..would i have to either bore out the block or just go out and get a new block?

I was f'ing with you... There is no such thing as that valve, and you cant reduce bore size... Check your fuel lines and **** though. Check everything that you touched when you did that job. Could be numberous things.
