After days of troubleshooting i have found that whenever theres a current being draw, all of the engine sensor voltage go out of range or spec. For example at idle everything seems fine, but whent the radiator fan comes on you can hear and feel the misfire.
Another example is when vtec kicks in, the engine bog or hesistate real bad. It only hesistate right when the vtec solenoid draws the current. It does this on every gear.
I'm pretty much stuck on this electrical problem.
heres a little background on the car;
91 crx b16a1 converted to OBD1 BAR certified.

When stuff that's supposed to be unrelated, starts affecting each other, it's usually bad grounds. Clean up all your grounds, check all of them for the wire itself being loose/corroded inside the crimped connector.
If that's not it, do the same for the (+) battery power distribution from the main relay. That powers all kinds of stuff like injectors, most relays, & even the ECU itself.
