cool thanks alot devnull, the car is a 1996 Accord EX with a h22a, how come there is a 95 Si-R ecu ? i put in a P13 that i have, and the fans dont even start when it starts heating...which is pretty weird...im trying to determine details about my car and this is bugging me...any ideas??

and by the way i cant seem to find that on the website you gave me? when i search Si-R on the page nothing comes up ? are you talking about the Accord 95 CB5 H22a

and does that mean that the H22a in my car comes from a Si-R then, i thaught all along it came from a prelude

From what I know only the "Euro" Accords where called Si-R (SIR, SI-R), and yes CB5 is one also.
In the USA H22A where only in the Preludes. In the Europe H22A where in Accords.
Depending on where the person who got the engine from it could very well be from Europe.

As for the fans, your wiring is probably messed up and needs some switching. Also check your fan switch on the engine and make sure it is plugged in.

devnull tell me, a P13 wouldnt be good for the h22a i have then right? because i have one, but like i said when i plug it, the fan dont start, but with the P0F one, the fans work perfectly...or should the P13 work, and you recommend me to try and install that

I say stick with what works. The P0F was meant for the car so use it. The P13 wasn't meant for the H22A in an Accord.
