Default help diagnose problem with my y7 turbo

Okay so like title says i have a d16y7 turbocharged in my car that i myself built an put all togeather all has been good until the other day i let my mother drive it.
well, she had let it stall out and the battery was too low to crank back so i went to jump it off and it wouldnt crank back. i have been going over it for the past few hours and im stumped i have went over most basic common problems heres my checklist:
its getting fuel and fire.
spark it orange and no blue? i was under the impression it should be somewhat blue but idk
first off i changed the ignition coil swapped 3 different ones out still nothing
went to the ignition module still nothing
went on and built another complete dizzy with all good working parts still nothing
plugs are not fouled at all they look good and do not smell
its in time
checked the ecu its good
it sounds normal turning over and turns over fine just wont crank
it has been doing great and now this...
can anybody help my diagnose this problem im supposed to be trading it tomorrow but i wont if i cant find whats wrong lol
thanks in advance!!

your battery was too low to crank???

that sounds a bit off... did your mom leave the key in the on position for a while and drain it after stalling?

checked grounds? is the starter ok?

Need clarification, you said...
"so i went to jump it off and it wouldnt crank"
and you said...
"starter is working good"

So question is, does engine turn over, [crank] and not start or does it not even turn over, [crank]?

Turning over or cranking = starter motor is working and engaging engine so it turns over.

Your post is confusing as it sounds on one hand that engine is not turning over, cranking] but on the other it is turning over, [cranking] but not starting, [firing].

A weak spark, [orange] would indicate an ign. problem, possible coil or ICM, I would also check timing, make sure cam timing is correct, timing belt may have "skipped" a tooth. 94
