Default Help with code 21 Try this one please.

I just put a ls/vtec in my crx and I keep getting a code 21. I have checked the ohms from the spool soleniod it is at 20 ohms(in factory limit). I have check the wires from the computer to the soleniod (ok). Installed in pin where it plugs into computer. Installed a new ground on the valve cover. I clear the code and as soon as I start the car it comes on. The only thing that I have found is the o-ring where it bolts to the head is cut, could this be my problem?? I have a pr3 computer in a 88 crx. HELP HELP. I would like vtec!!!

What pin do you have it plugged into?
A08 is the correct pin.
