Icon3 help choosing tune method

Hi i been reading these forums for about a year now and still never really understood the tuning aspect of "the build". I have a 95 hatch with a b18c1 with a few mods listed below,

polished head, ferrea valve train with over-sized intake valves, blox intake mani., dc headers, 2 and a half exhaust, BC 402 stage 2 cams, walbro 255 fuel pump with aem fuel rail and rc 370's and going to get a either 68 or 72 mm TB but i haven't figured it out yet. But my question is what tune method should i go with? I really need some help with this and some input on what people have done before. Thanks

you mean you need instructions on how to tune, or which EMS is best to use?

I have used zdyne. Not sure if they are still around. Had a street tune (no dyno) for a B16A with port/polish, light flywheel and high overlap cams. It was fairly easy to maintain. The guy that tuned it said it was easier to use than the FAST system.

$399 for Neptune RTP or pay twice the price for Hondata s300 that does the same thing.
