Default Help changing over to coilovers!!!

I have just got the tein ss coilovers for my 1998 Prelude and I was wondering if it was possible for a beginner to install them. I have good commen sense and all, also I feel real comfortable under the car. Just wanted some tips or something that i might run into that might confuse me or something. Hope this makes sense.

thanks for the help.................

This may help. If you got the pillowball mounts it's extremely easy since you don't need to disassemble the stock coilovers, just remove and replace.

Easy, do-it-yourself type deal. I never did a suspension before and did my own without problems. I had to take apart my stock assemblies too to get the top mounting bracket. All you have to do is remove the struts you have in now and swap in the tein unit's. AIM me if you need any pointers, sn=thus

I have a question about pillow ball mounts. What are they? Are they the part that has the three bolts that stick into the engine bay and how the whole assemble in place on the top side? Why would you need to replace them to put coilovers in? I am ordering my Tein SS's today and would like to know if I have to order some different ones or something.
