Help, car is hesitating/ bogging on WOT

Help, car is hesitating/ bogging on WOT
When I start my car up it sounds and feels fine and if i slightly tap the gas its normal. But if I try and mash the gas pedal to get WOT, my car just hesitates and boggs then eventually gets up in the RPMs. Does this sound like anything common? im checking on certian things right now, but i want to see if you guys think that this is typical of a particular part going bad. car is a 92cx with b18c and isnt throwing any codes. thanks.
