help b16 tranny w/ spool
Well, yesterday my b16 tranny was put on. What I didnt know is that they left the spool in the tranny. 
I have a few questions:
1. How hard is it to open the case up and take it out? Do you even have to open it up?
2.I have to go to school and this is my only car. Will it damage my tranny in 4 days time? Probably about 20 miles? There and back to my house its about 6-7 sharp turns.
3. If I cant manage to do it myself how much will it cost me to take it out?
