Default help,accel dfi electrical problem

ok here it is. this is a turbocharged pro-am race car. took the motor out to have it rebuilt. got the motor back installed and all back together. go right to the dyno to have it tuned. crank it over till it starts then let the key comes back to the on possion. when the key is on the on possion the car will run for like 3 seconds then stall out. here is what gets me...... when we crank it over and it starts my friend takes the power wire off the starter while i still have the key in the craked pos. ( tooked the wire off so the starter dosent stay inguaged ) the car will run and sound like a gem, but as soon as the key comes back to the on pos. the car will stall. its like its losing power somewhere. this is a full out race car. it has accel dfi gen 6, msd 7al. also the fan is not working now either. fan is off of a relay that when the key is in the on pos. the fan is hooked up to run all the time. ( fan vtec and fuel pump all on relays ) jumped the fan out and it works.....................this is a real tech question here

do u have a relay for ignition power? check that out... make sure all ur connections are good... u are still running off of a stock "key" ignition switch? its hard to say whats wrong without actually looking at it

you have the fuel pump relay wired wrong, the three seconds of running should be priming in run position not start!
