Hey wassup guys, new to this page. So i hope I'm posting this correctly on the right forum page.

I ran into a problem with my ej2. The previous owner was pretty SMART. Let me explain and I'll get into my problem. So i thought the car was smogged, i asked the dude for a the smog paper when you smog and they certify that you did. He didn't have it so i was like ehhh, and my buddy next to me that went along was like that's fine we'll just smog it. (I have no clue about car so I said okay). I smogged it 1 month later because I was lazy, IT DIDN'T PASS SMOG. Turns out it had check engine light. I check behind the cluster and the bulb for the check engine light was missing, ******* shady as ****. He was russian btw.

Well straight to my problem. I'm changing this, and I need help how to put it on? What do I take out, previous owner glued most of his stuff from the junkyard.
