i have a 1992 Honda civic i just put a motor and trans in from a 94 civic since then my check engine light comes on when i start the car if i turn the car off and then back on the light won't come back on. sometimes if i'm coasting to a light the car wiol cut of on me and I can smell gas from the back of the car any suggestions

 

sounds like the car is running super rich and the CEL is from fouling out the O2 sensor
