hi i have a 96 honda civic hatchback b16a1 dx 5 speed!
I have a question, Where can I add synchromesh or royal purple tranny oil to my tranny? Do I just add it straight to my motor oil or is there a seperate tank for it? Cuz i dont see any tank for my transmission fluid! theres only the coolant tank, window water, oil, brake fluid resovoirs!!!
Please help me im a noob in the car subject

you have to add it to the transmission itself. It's on the passenger side of the car. There's a fill plug you can see from the top of the engine bay.

The fill plug is a 17mm box-end wrench and the drain plug is a 3/8" drive ratchet.
They are both on the passenger side and you'll need to drain all the oil out of the transmission before putting any synchromesh or royal purple in it.
You'll know when it's full when the oil starts coming out of the fill plug.

I've found the easiest way to fill the tranny is remove the fill plug AND remove the VSS. Fill through the VSS [easier because it's on top of the tranny, not on the side] and stop filling when it runs out of the fill hole on the side.
