hey man, since i have a b16a1 motor in my hatch, what vehicle parts should i be looking for aftermarket parts?

somesaid civic si, but I dont know what year and specs!

ex. If i was to buy a aem cold air intake for my hatch

Would I buy a civic si aem cold air intake?

 

Well-- for the Air Intake. AEM has intakes for engine swaps -- http://www.aempower.com/product_intake_app.asp (on the left under the "Air Induction Systems // Applicaton Search -- go to the bottom tab - scroll down to "Hybrid Intake Systems" -- as for other bolt on parts... anything that bolts directly to the motor has to be for a b16a1 (96-00 Civic SI had this engine) and anything that goes elsewhere (anything affected by the body of the car) - like exhaust systems, air intakes...etc - has to be for the car - and then will have to be modified to fit onto the motor.
