ive never seen a helms manual but ive herd alot about them. do they have step by stem procedures on how to dismantle, inspect, reassemble. This question seems sort of stupid but i was going to order one for trouble shooting and a new engine build. i do have ok knowledge on engines and well i used to be a Jet engine mechanic but thats a whole different story.

those autozone how to books are just lame and well dont work worth crap.

im open to everyones opinion good, bad, and ugly

 

If your signature had your car info we could tell you where to go for your very own free copy, maybe, so what do you have, complete info. Yes it a very good book.

 

I have an 07 si sedan, but i was thinking about building something else ... b series... not too many options with the 07s.

 

I dont think the 07 manual is out yet, go to the 7th gen, 8th gen website.
