heater hose fitting diameter

anyone know the diameter of the heater hose fitting that comes off of the thermostat housing on a b16?

15mm I believe. Use 5/8" hose with worm-gear hose clamps. They don't fit perfectly, so the snap ring hose clamps won't seal perfectly.
