Default heater core inlet bent

My heater core inlet is bent and leaking coolant i talked to a couple people 1 guy said clean the hose and inlet and bend it back to shape and put ultra gray sealant on it then put the hose on then someone told me to put radiator sealant on it and someone else told me blue rtv sealant idk which to use

None of the above. Take off the hose and push a pair of needle nose pliers with light force into the outlet. Then rotate the pliers until the tube forms back to round. Don't use too much force or you will risk splitting the tubing. Reinstall the hose. If you use sealant on a hose like that you increase your chance of it coming off even if it is clamped properly.
