Heater core
pull the dash and pull the heater boxes, no quick way. Just take your time and don't try to pry it out.
Unplug 3 plugs from cluster on the fusebox, 2 plugs behind radio and i think 2 on the far pass side. Unhook the wire for the temp control, Right under the middle/right of dash. Pull your radio and unhook the antenna, take your steering wheel off. and unbolt it, should be 6-7 bolts? holding it on.

Pretty much the same on most cars, what Honda did do is make it easy to replace A/C evaportors on a lot of their cars, not so much on other makes.
With that said, pulling the dash on a 92 Civic is cake, compared to most other cars, you do not want to be doing that on just about any domestic car/truck. 94
