Default Heated 4-WIRE O2 Sensor problem...please read

I have a chipped P28 running my b16. Ever since I started using this computer, I no longer have a working O2 until I've done some heavy load driving to warm it up. I need to know if ANYONE knows which of the 4 wires deal with heating the sensor. I can't tune or anything until I get this sensor online with this ecu.

Just checked the miata site and I believe that is the same O2 sensor. Two white, one black and one gray. The black should be signal, one white and the gray are seperate grounds and the other white is 12volt source. I only write this because I was just told the black is ground.

OK, lets get simple.
I have a Heated 4-Wire Bosch sensor. It works fine on a stock PR4 LS integra ecu. Switched to a chipped P28 for a B16, and now I have a heating problem. I understand that black is probably ground. Thats wonderfull. The problem is that the archive and everything else refers to a two black, one white and one gray wire sensor. I DON'T have this. Its One black, One Gray and two white. You say the Black is ground but http://www.miata.net/hakuna/0004/h0007.htm shows my sensor with black as sensor output. I'm not trying to argue. I'm p*ssed because this has been a big problem for a long time and I just want it solved.
