which headstuds for poor mans itr?

im helping a friend with his poor mans itr but i cant remember which arp head studs to get the itr or gsr . ive search but no luck any help would be great thanks alot.

ive learned the hardway to find things out... but dude, just call them.... or look for a sponser here on honda tech and he'll tell you what u need.

the GSR and ITR arp's should be that same part. goto arp an look at the part number
