Default heads, blocks and cranks

has anyone ever put a grs head on a b16 or b16 on a b18c block or any other engine combo (lsvtec, crvtec). what came of it? im also including the the intake manifolds. is there a lot to gain with a single runner manifold on a gsr head w/o losing any low end. i was wondering can the gsr intake manifold help with low end cuz the dual stage runner and could it match any top end. some people swear by the b16 head while other love the gsr. with these b series engines there are so many options with heads and blocks. just trying to get some incite. i would like to find out what would happen if you swap manifolds on the heads to(b16head/gsr manifold), i know they wont just bolt up but if theres a will theres a way, right? what about when it comes to forced induction?will the gsr manifold yeild more trq till a turbo spools up and still flow the same as a b16 manifold.

what is the strongest most reliable honda b series blocks. i know some come with girdles, and oil squirters. i know you can get girldles for the blocks without. but what bout oil squirters? also if you sleeve a block do they all end up the same strength? wondering how much does it take to make one block as strong as the next and is it worth it opposed to starting with the stronger block.

and for cranks. which is the strongest and how much power and rpm can the stock cranks take.
