I recently bought a D-series DC Sport header, and I want to install them on my 96 civic(D16Y7). I just started modifying this car and it still has the stock exhaust pipes and muffler. Will the new headers fit to the stock piping or will I have to replace it?

i have an h23 swap in my eg coupe that had a gsr exhaust and it wasn't flanged so we had to use a sawzaw and cut the exhaust...my suggestion would be to look underneath and measure...then see where you are from there

 

how many headers are you gonna put on that thing

 

it all depends on if it is the same length to the cat.
