just started up my gsr engine which has been sittin for awhile...runs good ...sounds good...but theres white smoke coming from the headers...is that normal ?

btw the headers are new ceramic dc 4-2-1 1 piece headers...im thinkin its just oil burning off

its probably grease from your hands touching it, and its just burnin off

 

are they brand new never run till now? if so thats just the coating. it should go away after like 5-10mins of running.
If you've ran it longer than that and it still smokes, you might have spilled oil on it, or a wire or somethingthing is burning up. MAKE SURE ITS NOT A WIRE THO.

But if it has been sitting for a while make sure its not a cat or some kind of animal

Mine did the same thing, no worries unless they don't stop, or if they're not new.
