Can i use a usdm itr dc header on my ctr motor and it still bolt to my stock cat?
i have a jdm itr 4-1 header on it now with a j's test pipe and the exhaust just sounds too raspy and loss of low end torque so i just wanna put my new oem cat on and run a usdm itr header if is is 2.25

when you put a test pipe on you loose some low end tq and it is noticeable

Research? Alright.
Hows first hand experience on a dyno?

proves that the difference is within a ft.lb of torque in the higher RPM range. So, show me some of YOUR research proving that test pipes rob low end torque.

Which means that the test pipe would actually make more horsepower and torque than a stock cat, unless you're trying to say that a highflow cat somehow makes "less" horsepower than a stock cat?
