well if this was true, why doesnt it look it? something has to be messing up inside the motor in order for it to clog up the cat

the cat looks perfectly clean, all mesh holes are wide open none of them closed up

make sure u can shine a light through the cat.

check the plugs to see if u are running rich or lean (or neither).

check your timing, i think the timing might be very retarded.

next check your compression, that will tell u if the valves are bent.

it seems like u haven't done any of these last three things, i dont know why...
