I know this has been done many times but this one is a little different.
I would like to know what the clearance is from the top of the piping to the oil pan.

I know oem is very tight, Some run as tight as not even 1/2 inch inbetweent the top of the header pipe to the oil pan.

Just purchased a header not too long ago and personally I think it fits like ****.

It has 2 1/2 inches from the bottom of the oil pan (bottom of the indented part where the header passes) to the top of the piping.

what kills me is it is a 4-2-1 and it has such shitty clearance.

Anyone?

 

what header did you purchase for what vehicle and what motor?

 

I purchased a Jg edelbrock pro flo 2 peice for a dohc del sol.
