Default head from what engine?

howdy y'all, I have this random DOHC head I got from a friend who was cleaning house, and he said it was a b16 head, but now I'm beginning to question that.

I'd say it's P74 head given that there's a stud in the middle of the head for the valve cover. B-series VTEC heads don't have that. Not to mention the camshaft saddles are too thin to be a VTEC head. VTEC solenoid mating surface is also non-present.

The upper radiator housing exit on the front of the head also indicates a P74 head....definitely not PR3 (B16) b/c the upper radiator housing exit is on the back of that side of the head.

think it could be a pr4? I'll check the code in the morning for certainty.
