Default head swap for bseries need help

Im looking to find a good how to on a bseries swap

I have a 95 GSR but i bought a 99GSR head to build with Ti internals and higher redline, I plan to do the swap myself this weekend. I know i need a helms but dont have one- will one of those autozone books do?

also is there a link someone could post with a good pictorial how to?

Its not like im doing LS/vtec -- its GSR to GSR should be easy just want ot look at it ahead of time

only need advice on complications and torque specs, and t-belt changin ant time and...............

thanks

There's more info specific to you on h-t than in those autozone repair manuals.
search harder

u can use the haynes service manual sold @ advanced autoparts or u can get online helminc.com or go on ebay and order a cd the haynes is ok . as a last resort you can go 2 the dealership and buy a service manual

IMO, if you really want to learn, get a book for torque specs and things, and just tear into the engine. There's a difference between following a book and getting something done and figuring it out for yourself and actually learning something.

Just make sure you take everything off before you lift the head, including the bastard hoses you can't see under the manifold. And get a friend to help lift if you can, it's a little awkward. Good luck.
