Head port and polish
I'm kind of low on cash and i want to get my D16 head pnp but i don't want to pay for the labor. I was wondering if i can do a little pnp with a dremel tool with various bits. Has anyone here ever pnp their head themselves? If so how did you do it and with what tools. Any info will be greatly appreciated.

first order the kit from standard abrasive..
read carefully all the details on theoldone.com
then..go to nearest scrapyard..and ask them to buy a scrap head ..honda if possible..
like d16 d15 head..or old accord egine head
shouldn't be more than 10$..
get it home..and practice..
there is nothing difficult there..but remember that u don't ahve the equipment to test the flow at your place ( i presume hehe )
so only try to remove casting lines for a start..then make ports more equals..simple stuff..and stay far away from valve seats..
have fun
i'm sure it'll be worth a 4-500$ head work so..
